Today my father and I finally put the 3M Book Binding Tape seals into the aileron cove. It was easier and faster to complete than expected, and I was able to get in a test flight afterward. The roll rate has increased a lot! It is probably around 300 degrees a second roll rate. Much faster than before. I am able to perform crisper rolls at lower speeds, which is a big help in competition. It is much easier to make sharp points in the rolls. I am now able (after one test with a pretty good energy loosing pull into the vertical) to complete one and a quarter vertical rolls before hammering it over the top. Very fun!
